Kali Navada is certified in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
(BCST) and Thai Yoga massage. From her experience of working with
clients around the world, she has refined her listening, presence
and therapeutic skills in order to hold trauma-informed,
non-judgmental space. She deeply honours the inherent wisdom that
exists within the human body, and aims to support rather than force
change. Kali compassionately supports the resolution of held trauma
by gently working with the nervous system, the joints, tissues,
pranic body, as well as any emotional and psychological processes.
She is eternally grateful for her teachers of craniosacral therapy
and Thai yoga massage.
She currently offers Thai yoga massage and craniosacral therapy at
the Centre.
She has also been deeply devoted to practicing, studying and
teaching yoga since earning her certification in Rishikesh, India
in 2013. She skillfully creates classes that are designed to
activate, inspire and anchor students into their bodies. Each
offering is intentionally crafted to integrate the body, psyche and
spirit to a place of wholeness. Kali creates bhav (mood/tone) to
quietly observe the quality of breath and connect to the inner
landscape. She implements the tools of proper biomechanics,
pranayama (breath), mantra and mudra to direct the currents of
energy towards healing and transformation. While Kali respects the
roots of traditional yoga, her passion is to provide a panacea for
the afflictions we face in our modern world. To her, yoga moves
beyond a physical practice; it is a way to harmonize our personal,
cultural, sexual, ecological and social lives. As a passionate,
articulate and dedicated practitioner, Kali is incredibly grateful
to walk the path of yoga.
