I’m taking the most awesome strength training class at Behavioral Fitness. Brian Aherling and Teri DeLaMontanya facilitate this class that has made an incredible difference in toning my body. Both instructors are so knowledgeable and I want to encourage others to join in. They provide all the weight training tools, Brian checks in with everyone to insure correct posture, and recommends alternative movements where needed. The facility is calming, background music is played, and it’s just a very warm and inclusive environment. My news programs have informed us for years about strengthening our bodies as we age for stability and bone strength, but lifting weights didn’t seem like my thing until I learned more from Teri and Brian. I look forward to this weekly class and I think you might too.
