Sports massage with Teresa last Friday (July 17). I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a great experience. What I really liked was the way she explained why certain muscle groups were tighter than others and suggestions for how to keep myself limber. I'd highly recommend Teresa and the folks at Accel Performance.
