Absolutely fantastic 121 with the video support - video footage was great to highlight the issues and Jason's understand help me implement a few changes to the stroke. With the plan to improve and video tutorials provide it really is a great service.

South West Swim is based in Swindon and the Cotswolds, operating
out of a number of Pools and Lakes.
Our Main HQ is South West Swim Centre, in North Swindon (SN25),
this is our main office and where we conduct our Endless Pool
1-2-1's and Video Analysis Sessions, we are also able to take
appointments for training kit sales, fitting and
demonstrations.
