I have been thinking about pole fitness for more than 10 years and i did one intro and it changed my life. Class was fun and my instructor was super kinda and encouraging. all they ladies in the class were super welcoming it just felt like i have been going to studio for year or I grew up with them or something like that. Shayvard took the time to learn my name and become my cheerleader in class. now i am home obsessed with poles lol. I I literally cant think about anything else i just wanna go back to class and be in that moment and i so excited for this journey .
I have over 10 years experience in pole fitness since I started in 2009. Pole has been an amazing experience for me. I encourage everyone to try it. No matter how shy you are, trust me, it’s given me strength and confidence! I hope you sign up for my class, and I will strive to give you the same great experience I've had.
I learned about pole dancing at a bachelorette party. Back then I was out of shape and self-conscious about my body. I had tried working out at home but was having trouble staying motivated, while at the bachelorette party I had an amazing time. It was a relaxing, fun, positive and encouraging atmosphere. I was also amazed at how athletic pole dancing is, and how much strength is required to pull off the advanced tricks. I never thought I would be able to do it – but signed up for class anyway and haven't looked back!
I’m from a rural farm town near Kingston, and moved closer to home during the pandemic – while I miss seeing my students in person, I’m eager to see you online!
