About the Appointment

60 minute in-person consultation (please contact us directly if you would prefer a Zoom consultation)  During this appointment we will discuss some or all of the following: 1. Your fitness and personal goals 2. Where you currently are at with your health and lifestyle  3. What you need to do to bridge the gap This appointment might also include a movement assessment (time permitting). This will be used for the following reasons: 1. Determine your level of body awareness and skill for various exercise movements. 2. Establish what service would be best suited for where you currently are. 3. Give you an idea of our training philosophies and what a personal training or small group class would be like. 

Special Instructions

**Please fill out the intake form before the appointment** Please bring your workout clothes to the appointment. As part of the consultation, we might do some movements to assess what service will be best for you. A small single person changing room is available to change your clothes if required. Please bring a change of shoes with you. No outdoor shoes are permitted on the gym floor. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time. If the door is locked, press the door bell and you will be buzzed in. Please wait on one of the benches if the member of staff is with another client when you arrive.
