About the Appointment

Description: Join APEX San Diego for a fun Birthday celebration! Bring your favorite food, cake and friends to celebrate on this very special day. All parties are hosted by a ParkourEDU Certified Coach to supervise, lead games, instruct mini-lessons, and assist with set up and cleaning. Birthday parties are 2 hours. The party typically consists of: -45 min of instruction from the coach to learn some new, exciting Parkour skills -45 min of Open Gym (free time) to try out your new skills -30 min in your Party Room for cake, food and presents. You can also work with your coach on any special requests or specifics you have in mind. We have tables and seating available for use. Pricing: The total price of the Birthday is $350 for 1 to 10 kids. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking to reserve the spot! The remaining $250 payment will be due upon arrival. If you have more than 10 kids we charge an additional $35 per child. Contact us if you expect more than 10 kids so we make sure enough coaches are here to host your party. Be sure to book early, you wouldn't want to miss your date! Parties are held on: Saturdays at 2:00pm, 2:30pm, 3:00pm and 4:15pm Sundays at 10:00am and 3:30pm. IMPORTANT:  If you need to book your party in less than 2 weeks, please contact us. There is a $50 rush charge for a party booked with less than 2 weeks notice and is contingent upon being able to schedule a coach on short notice.
