About the Appointment

Your weight is made up of muscle, fat, and water. Weight loss is not the same as fat loss. Instead of tracking how heavy you are, use body composition analysis to track how healthy you really are. The InBody 270 scan takes less than 20 seconds to measure key components of your health. After your scan, a coach will help interpret your results with you and make recommendations if needed. You'll also receive a printed copy of your results sheet to help track your progress over time.

Special Instructions

For the most accurate results, before your test: DO... Use the bathroom Avoid eating or wait at least 2 hours after a meal Maintain the same testing conditions as your previous test Use an InBody tissue to wipe down your hands and feet DON'T... Drink any liquids 45 minutes prior Exercise strenuously Shower or use a sauna/steam room Consume diuretics like caffeine, alcohol or medication Test while sick
