Our Sunlighten 3-in-1 sauna uses near, mid, and far infrared technology to assist your body in weight loss, detox, pain relief and natural anti-aging. At checkout you will be able to purchase a single session ($40), a 5 pack ($180) or a 10 pack ($350)  The Infrared packages can be used with the Biomat or the Infrared Sauna. Arrive well hydrated: Our 3-in-1 sauna uses far, mid and near infrared wave technology that will make you sweat from the inside out. Pick your sauna setting: There are several wellness settings to choose from and each has a preset temperature and time setting.  If you feel too hot, you can vent heat out of the sauna or even end your session early.  With continued use, you will build tolerance to infrared therapy and be able to stay in the sauna longer.  Always listen to your body and tolerance levels. After your sauna session, dry off with a towel to remove the sweat and toxins from your skin.  It is best to let your body cool off naturally and avoid a shower for at least an hour. Drink more water to stay hydrated after your sweat!
