Duration: 50 minutes Capacity: Maximum of 10 people per session Who is it for? Suitable for all fitness levels, ages, pregnancy and post natal. What is it like? A steady-paced class, focused on mastering the foundation exercises of Pilates using the reformer. With exercises that allow for modifications to suit a wide range of abilities. These sessions will focus on technique and progression to help you to move with confidence and enjoy improved body awareness, strength, coordination, mobility and flexibility.
