About the Class

Align and Breathe - Explore your practice by using the breath to go deeper into familiar postures. In this class you will use the breath as a guide to find correct alignment for your body and to hold poses longer. Discover ease and comfort in postures with the breath. This class is great for all levels. 

Special Instructions

Please remember to bring water, a towel and a Yoga mat to class. Please arrive before class start time, space is limited and front doors may be locked for security once classes begins.
