About the Class

Small group class with focus on muscle growth/hypertophy 55 minute class with 8-10 participants maximum These classes are perfect for those that want to either lose body fat, gain muscle, reduce health risks, enhance joint longevity or learn how to work around old or nagging injuries. You will learn how to train in a way that is just right for YOU. The classes are kept small so that you receive the required attention on form and technique. They are also large enough to create a fun and social environment and a healthy dose of competitiveness. A single session pass must be redeemed within 30 days. If you need to re-schedule or cancel, your booking this must be done at least 6 hours before the class start time.

Special Instructions

Please bring a water bottle and towel with you for the class. Please arrive 5 minutes before your class start time. There are limited shower facilities at the location in case you need to shower after your session.
