This is a great way to begin your practice on the Pilates reformers, and it's also perfect for intermediate levels—you'll still feel the burn! Whether you're brand new to reformers or have some experience, this class provides the ideal balance of guidance and challenge. The focus is on building comfort and confidence with the reformer, with much support from our instructors. We’ll move at a slower pace to emphasize form, and you’ll gradually work your way toward more advanced movements. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your practice, this is a great first step (or a solid way to level up).
Studio Etiquette Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all classes (bare feet are not permitted). Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio. Arrive on time to ensure the class flows smoothly. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare. Be sure to clean your equipment and return any props to their proper place after your workout. If you have any injuries or limitations, please inform your instructor so they can offer appropriate modifications. If a movement feels uncomfortable or causes pain, listen to your body and stop. What to Bring: A positive attitude, a big smile, and don't forget your water bottle!
