About the Class

In this reformer class we aim to keep your heart rate elevated while exploring the jump board in different positions including supine, side lying and all fours. Prepare to have fun during this upbeat music driven hour working your thighs, glutes, abs and balance. We will even throw in a little arm work to balance you out leaving you feeling energized and ready to face your day.  *This Class is a level 2- 2/3 intermediate class. It is suggested that you have reformer experience before taking this class and are comfortable balancing on the moving carriage in a kneeling position.
