About the Class

Welcome to Dance Workout! These are casual classes and can be attended any time.  No need to have previous experience - everyone is welcome!  These classes are based on basic moves from different dance styles and are focused on cardio – yes, similar to aerobics, but more fun! BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME.  You can start at your own pace and gradually build up your stamina and coordination- we don’t judge!  Take as many breaks as you like also.  Most importantly - have some fun and get your sweat on! These classes are not only a nice workout but also a great get away from your usual routine! If you have questions, please contact us by email dance@dancewhanganui.com

Special Instructions

Please note that all our classes have a 3 hour non- refundable cancellation policy. Please bring: Sneakers with non-grip sole are recommended (so you can pivot your foot without getting stuck on the floor. A towel A bottle of water is a  must! Please note that these are general group classes and are not suitable for people with serious injuries or pregnant women. If you are in doubt, please contact your doctor for advise before attending.
