About the Class

Deep Hot Stretch Class: The intention of this practice is to move through a vinyasa sequence first to build heat and vitality and second longer holds in yoga postures to release tension. It is a revolutionary way to enhance your flexibility, strength and create a well-rounded daily practice. The class is heated to 90-98 degrees along with the aid of warm mist humidifiers. This creates an environment to support your muscle's ability to be malleable and the benefit of naturally detoxing through sweating. Deep Stretch aids in supporting physical freedom, mental clarity and spiritual connection. Taught by certified Yoga Teachers. Open to all levels. Shine is committed to creating a safe environment for you to practice in community.   Shine Business Policy: Classes must be canceled at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class to receive class back to account. No-Show for classes results in losing that class credit. NO refunds are given back to credit cards/cash. Any refund will be applied to the clients account for future use.
