Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic yoga class, suitable for all levels. This class focuses on moving with your breath. Vinyasa Yoga helps putting your body back into balance whilst reducing the risk of motion injuries caused by repetitive daily tasks such as computer work or sitting on a chair all day. This class will help you build strength and flexibility, encouraging you to explore your edges whilst always giving you the option to listen to your body and go at a slower pace. Each class will explore a different theme and will include some meditation and relaxation.
