About the Class

The objective is to strengthen your body from the inside out; concentrating on core muscle groups, such as the abdominal, back, hip and pelvic. There will also be a variety of stretching exercises to improve your flexibility. This total body workout will improve your energy level and reduce the risk of injury when exercising.  You do not need any prior training to take this class and you can also take this class regardless of your fitness level.
