FREE Breathwork Thursdays!
About the Class
Welcome to The Space FTL! Every Thursday we are offering our Guided Breathwork class for FREE! This includes 20-30 minutes of active breathing, expertly guided by our trained facilitators. Space is limited to 25 people. You must sign up online in order to attend. This does NOT include cold plunge, sauna, or red light therapy. Cold Plunge/Sauna sessions may be purchased for $20 following the breathwork session. Bring what you need to feel comfortable - eye mask, water bottle, blanket or towel. We have yoga mats, towels, water, here for your use.
