This low-impact, full-body resistance-training emphasizes core strength along with building, toning, and elongating muscles. Fusion is set to music but is not a 'dance-style' class. It incorporates a Pilates bar with attached resistance bands and offers a unique synergy between yoga and mat pilates. This class is generally accessible to participants at all levels.

Sticky socks may be useful (but not required) - these are available for sale at the Studio* Please make sure to sign up through the app or website within 30 min of class (or contact the Instructor in advance if you plan to attend). If the instructor does not see participants signed up in advance, the class may be canceled.
