About the Class

A slow-paced class that moves more slowly than a regular vinyasa flow.  Class moves through a series of gentle movememts connecting your breath to your body, improving relaxation, flexibility and recovery.  Always listening and taking care of your body.  This class is great for all levels, and a good fit for those looking to de-stress or wanting a flow class at a calmer pace.  There will always be choices/variations for standing, seated and restorative postures with an emphasis on linking breath to movement, while relieving tension in the body.
