About the Class

We know that yoga classes can sometimes feel a bit daunting. That's why we have created this warm and welcoming gentle session. These classes are taught by India who is a Physiotherapist by background. The way she teaches yoga is fundamentally about creating a 'strong foundation' this being a toned and functional core, healthy postural alignment and from here working on balance, and then shaping and toning the whole body. India loves to work with the breath and the time for rest and relaxation is also an integral part of the session.  With a passion for doTERRA essential oils India also weaves these in to her sessions so that students can benefit from the supportive emotional, physical and spiritual effects of these gifts of nature. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities and particularly for those who may feel they need a gentler class to begin or refresh, or for those working with any injuries. Suitable for the elderly, chair yoga can be inncorporated for those with limited movement.
