Come take our newest class! A quick workout leaving you feeling strong and powerful! HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by shorter active recovery periods. They also build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout. This class will keep you on your toes. This class will train every aspect of your body! This high energy class will push you to reach new levels of fitness training. Challenge yourself to train your body like you’ve never done before! No better stress reliever than getting your sweat on! Get ready for 25 mins of FUN body weight exercises and then stretching, lead by a real coach. This class is for ALL levels!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class time to ensure you are ready to go before class starts. We also have a late policy that if you are not here 5 minutes before class, the instructor may ask you to come back to another class time. This ensures your safety and we want the instructor to give you their undivided attention! If you do not show to your scheduled class, there will be a $20 no show fee. If you need to cancel the session, you may also message the fan page or send us an email so you can let the instructor know.
