About the Class

💥30 min HIIT + Conditioning Fast-paced. Powerful. Effective. This high-intensity interval training class blends cardio and strength intervals designed to elevate your heart rate while improving overall conditioning and endurance. Class Benefits: • Improves cardiovascular fitness • Builds athletic conditioning • Efficient, calorie-burning workout Beginner Friendly: All movements can be modified. Coaches help you work at your own pace. FITT Class Policies: • Barefoot training is recommended for safety, balance, and proper movement • NO shoes are allowed on the workout mat • Late arrivals will not be permitted to join class once it has begun • We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early for every class—your 1st through your 1000th+ • Please check in on the FITT Livonia app or at the front desk upon arrival • Inform your coach before class begins of any injuries, limitations, concerns, or need for modifications so we can best support you
