HOT VINYASA A breath-centered flow designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Classes link movement with breath through creative sequences that may include standing postures, balance work, core engagement, backbends, twists, and deep stretches. Each class offers options for all levels while encouraging students to move with awareness and intention.
HOT ROOM ETIQUETTE • Arrive hydrated. • Bring your mat, towel, and water. Rentals are available. • Arrive on time. Doors open 15 minutes before class. • Stay for the full class, including Final Savasana. • The hot room is a quiet space. Please refrain from talking before, during, and after class. • No phones, smart watches, or electronics during class. • Follow the instructor’s guidance. If you need modifications, please let us know. • Leave bags and personal belongings in the locker rooms. • Clean mats in the lobby, not inside the hot room. • Be respectful of the space and those practicing around you.
