About the Class

Join us for a revitalizing 60 min Hot Yoga practice that focuses on the health of your spine while enhancing balance and flexibility. This class boosts your metabolism and cardiovascular activity, reduces stress, and nourishes your skin from the inside out. Featuring same 26 postures, each session lasts for 60 minutes Suitable for all levels, be prepared for a hot and sweaty experience!

Special Instructions

We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 20 minutes prior to your class. Please wear suitable workout attire that allows for movement for this heated class. Remember to bring your yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. To avoid any accidental no-show fees, please check in at the front desk, and ensure you are at your spot when class begins. All personal belongings are to be stored away in the lockers during class. We do not allow latecomers or phone use in the class. Thank you! Hot Etiquette: If you tend to sweat a lot during class, please bring extra towels to wipe down any pools of sweat around your mat. Towels are available for rental when needed.
