About the Class

This 90 min Hot Yoga practice greatly emphasizes the health of your spine, improves balance and flexibility, boost your metabolism and cardiovascular activity, reduces stress and nourishes your skin from the inside out. Hot heated room. All levels. Expect a hot and sweaty class!

Special Instructions

Please ensure you arrive at least 10 mins before class starts. Wear proper workout attire to practice in the heat and comfortable enough to facilitate movement. Remember to bring your yoga mat and towel, as well as a water bottle to stay hydrated. Latecomers will not be allowed to join the class.  Studio Etiquette: Practitioners who sweat a lot must bring their own extra towels to wipe down sweat around their own mat. Towels are available for rental if needed.
