Ever feel sleepy, sluggish, weak, shaky, saggy and creaky in the winter? What is the remedy? Yoga, of course! This class is designed to wake up that winter body and prepare you for spring/summer activities. Defying the winter doldrums, we will build strength in the muscles and supply nourishment to the bones. Along the way, we’ll gain flexibility in the shoulders and hips, and a calm mind as well. The class will build this new strength and flexibility in stages. Plenty of modifications will be provided for less or more difficulty and to meet you where you're at. Come out of hibernation feeling strong, fit and flexible for the summer!
