About the Class

New to the reformer? This class is for you. We will take you through the most common reformer series, positions and cues helping you to gain understanding of Pilates movement principles and how to apply them on the moving carriage. We will teach you how to change the springs and set up the machine to best fit your body. This class is taught at a slower pace giving you time to process the new information and form a deeper connection with the work in your body.  This class is a level 1 beginner class and we recommend that all new reformer students take at least 3 introduction classes before moving on to Flow w/ Ease or other beginner/Intermediate classes. Levels run 1-3 with 1 being the most gentle.

Special Instructions

If you are new to the reformer please take at least 3 Introduction to reformer classes before moving on to Intermediate level classes
