This class is great for those who have some prior experience with Reformer Pilates. This class caters for a variety of levels, so throughout the class you’ll be offered different variations to make exercises less or more challenging. If you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates, we would recommend attending either the L1 Reformer Flow classes, or one of the 4 week beginners courses before joining this class. If you're pregnant and less than 20 weeks, you may be able to attend this class, but please contact the studio first before booking.
