About the Class

Movement is medicine, and exercise is the fountain of youth.   This class is for anyone that wants to use movement as a form of therapy. We integrate strength training for stronger muscles and bone density, we work with yoga-type movements for balance and agility, and we do a small amount of cardio work for heart and mental health.   In this class, we slow things down, focus on form and ensure you feel very confident. This class is meant for beginners and anyone who wants to return to exercise at a more comfortable pace.
