About the Class

Olympic Wednesday: 30 minute bootcamp class combining Olympic Lifts for beginners as well as advanced athletes, with cross training cardio. We'll break down each movement so everyone understands how to move and breathe with each lift. You'll build muscle, strength, and endurance while burning fat.   *All movements are demonstrated throughout class*

By booking my class(es) with FHF, I understand and agree that should I fail to show AND check in at any class (which I have not cancelled at least one hour prior to  class time), I will incur a no-show fee of $10 per no-show class, which fee will be charged to my credit or debit card on file with FHF.
