About the Class

If you have always wanted to try Pilates but were afraid because you thought you'd be lost, then this is the workout for you. Designed for first-time Pilates students you will learn the basic principles behind Pilates work, become familiar with the terminology, learn introductory exercises and create a strong foundation to build your Pilates practice. Both Mat and Reformer will be incorporated. Upon completion, you will be ready to move into Pilates 1 workouts. No experience required.
