About the Class

Come join us for our Ladies & Littlies (LL) Pilates Class. This class is open to all Women and also those with our littlest friends in tow. Our Pilates classes are led by expert instructors, providing you with full-body workout combining fluid movements, precise alignment and targeted exercises to sculpt, shape, tone and strengthen. With energising music, fun props, and low-impact exercises, each session promises an invigorating challenge that leaves you feeling empowered and accomplished. As you flow through the class, you'll not only build strength and flexibility but also find moments of relaxation and rejuvenation, ensuring a well-rounded experience for both body and mind. What to expect: Our Ladies & Littlies (LL) classes are thoughtfully designed to support women through all stages of life, including throughout the pregnancy and postpartum journey, menopause and every moment in between - offering a safe and welcoming space to focus on fitness, wellness, and connection   We will help you to find a pace and movement that works for you, while focusing on correct alignment and supporting you with any necessary modifications or movements that will support where you're at right now, including, re-building or strengthening your core, pelvic floor and more.    Whether you’re looking to move gently, stretch mindfully, or build strength, Ladies and Littlies classes are the perfect environment to feel supported and build a community on your wellness journey *Please seek a medical professionals advice before commencing any exercise program.

Special Instructions

What Children's ages are welcome? Little ones aged 6 weeks - 6 years are welcome. (Children 6yrs+ Welcome on School Holidays - so you don't have to miss out!)   Please bring: Your mat, a bottle of water and anything you need to care for and entertain your little one. Our regular Mums often like to bring a playmat to keep by their side.  What if I don't have a little one to bring? Please come! This is an open class to all women, and we often have plenty of women in the room without little ones by their side.. although sometimes you may get a visit from one ☺    Please seek medical advice: We know how important it is to feel confident and safe when returning to, maintaining or starting a fitness routine, which is why we ask all participants to consult with their GP or healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise regime during pregnancy and to ensure they are fully cleared postpartum, or after any form of injury or medical conditions. Your health and safety are our top priorities.
