Pilates Vita Cherry Hills is a boutique fitness center with
state-of-the-art Pilates equipment offering Pilates reformer
classes, jump classes, TRX Suspension and RIP training, Barre, Real
Ryder Cycling Classes,and more! The studio offers two large rooms
for group classes plus. We also offer cardio machines for personal
training sessions. Instructors are fun and knowledgeable,
motivating clients to reach their highest potential.
Pilates Vita Cherry Hills offers classes in muscle lengthening
and toning along with classes that help with cardiovascular
endurance. Take a combination TRX and Pilates class to maximize
your results in just one hour!
What makes Pilates Vita different is that we do not overfill our
classes. Most classes are limited to 8 students so that more
attention can be focused on individual attention and prevent
injuries. We specialize in relationships with our clients along
with helping them with their health. Our studio is designed to
leave a person feeling healthier spiritually, mentally, and
physically through a variety of different methods. Vita is the
