General Play Session Info and **Cancellation/No Show Policy Listed Below** *All guests are required to wear socks; we recommend children wear grippy socks as the play structures are finished wood and can be slippery. *While we don't keep track of play time (i.e, you can stay as long as you want to), the STARTING time of your reservation is important, espcially during busy times. If you arrive early for your reservation we may ask you to wait; if you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to wait Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Adults who purchase drinks from the cafe can enjoy them while in the play space; all purchased food must be eaten in the cafe area. Safety Rules for Play Floor: Our play area is socks-only. No bare feet or shoes permitted (children AND adults) Our baby-area is strictly for children 24 months and younger. No running in the play area. Use slides feet-first in a seated position, one child at a time. Use toys as they are intended. Throwing, abusing, or misusing toys or play equipment won’t be tolerated. Please do not bring outside food or beverages into MVP General Rules and Expectations of all MVP Guests Please be respectful. Be respectful of our play houses, toys, supplies, play equipment, and most importantly, your fellow patrons. Please do not bring toys from home into the play area, and please don’t remove any toys from the play area that belong there. Please be kind. Children and adults should be kind, respectful, and conscious of the safety of all patrons. Rough play or bullying will not be tolerated. Please keep it clean. All snacks, foods, and uncovered drinks should be eaten at tables on the café-side or in party rooms ONLY. Covered drinks (coffee, bottles, sippy cups, etc.) are OK in the play area. If you need a lid for your drink, please ask a staff member. Please be aware. If your child is struggling with our safety rules or needs your attention, please tend to them. Staff-members will enforce safety-rules as necessary but are NOT babysitters. You are responsible for your child’s behavior while they play. Please note and abide by all posted signage and policies. Please be well. Patrons should not enter the facility with a known, contagious illness and MVP reserves the right to ask patrons who are sick to leave the premises if their illness poses a risk to other users of the facility. Please use the available hand sanitizers before entering the play area and wash hands after eating and every restroom visit. Please be courteous. Change diapers ONLY in our bathroom facilities. Changing a diaper on the play floor or in the cafe is against public health code. We have two changing tables available for your use, one in each bathroom. Those unable to comply with these policies, other posted signage, AND all verbal requests from staff, you will be kindly asked to leave the premises (without a refund). Thank you
Cancellation Policy for Play Sessions We want everyone to have a great time at My Village Playhouse! To make that happen, we adhere to the following: Prior Notice for Cancellations & Reschedules: If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please let us know ASAP (call us, email us, or DM us on social media!). A cancellation/reschedule made BEFORE the day of your reservation: Your Play Pass(es) will remain in your account and can be used for your next reservation. Cancellations made after 8am the day of your reservation may be subject to our Late Cancellation policy. Late Cancellations (for Sold Out Sessions): Cancellations made after 8am the day of a reservation may forfeit their Play Pass for that reservation if other guests were turned away for that time slot; as detemined by MVP Mgt. No Shows: Please see “Late Cancellations” Need to Reschedule? If something comes up and you need to change your time we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you - while also keeping in mind the above policies. We cannot move your reservation to a sold out time slot. Arriving Late/Early: If you think you will be more than 15 minutes late for your session, please call us and let us know - especially if it is busy - and we will plan accordingly. After 30 minutes without any notice, we will assume you are not coming and may offer your spot to another guest if needed to keep everyone else's reservations Refund Policy: Play sessions do not expire, therefore we do not give refunds on cancelled play sessions. Unused play sessions simply remain in your account until your next visit. Life Happens: We get it—sometimes stuff comes up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, just reach out, and we’ll see how we can help. HINT - 9 times out of 10, if you reach out to us BEFORE your reservation time, we can help! Members must abide by all stated cancellation policies listed for all play sessions, special play sessions and events. Unlimited Members will be charged a late cancellation or no show fee of $10 for each child for reservations and special play sessions that have a stated late cancel/no show policy.
