CLOSED

About the Class

Learn a Level 2 Routine! This choreography-based class focuses on building musicality and connecting movement with music. Practice different styles, from contemporary to sultry. Learn how to match your movement to the rhythm and feel of the music. Curriculum changes each session to keep things fresh. Heels are optional. Great for anyone wanting to improve their flow!

Special Instructions

Prerequisites for Pole-logy Prerequisites include sufficient experience in Pole Foundations and other Level 1 & 1.5 classes. We highly recommend taking Heels Foundations (level 1.5) before Pole-logy. This class is best for those with 6 months or more of pole experience.  To attend this class, you should: Be comfortable with grips such as Half-Bracket, Forearm Bracket, and Strong Arm, as taught in Pole Foundations. Feel confident performing a fan kick. Have taken multiple Pole Foundations classes to build a strong base of pole skills. Bring socks, heels (optional), and knee pads. You typically don't need skin grip in this class, so leggings and other layers are good clothing options.
