About the Class

This class is a journey on your mat. Prepare to heal,release,manifest, and stretch. Each class is unique with various healing techniques including but not limited to; sound baths, oils, energy cleansing with sacred herbs, self healing, somatic release and more. Each student will receive one on one reiki healing as well as energy healing techniques to manifest your goals. This class is slow paced with long held restorative poses to release blockages and balance chakras. Treat yourself to this weekly self care practice.
