Very few things can help you unwind at the end of a day! This class includes very passive poses down on the mat, supported with comfortable props, and combined with a focus on your breath. Postures are held for 5-10 minutes, allowing for safe and slow work on connective tissue. Take a deep breath, exhale, and melt into the support of your mat - surrounding yourself with stillness to revitalize your body & mind. This class is an excellent complement to the more active practices.
Yoga mat is optional if you want to use it under the blankets for additional padding. Props are provided, however, you may bring your own blanket or pillow if you prefer. The room can sometime feel colder during stillness - you may choose to bring socks.
