About the Class

Join Erika for a Hatha-style practice of linking breath to movement in a flowing sequence, followed by a Restorative and Yin style slow down focusing on mobility and stretching through movement and long held poses. By slowing the pace down, we create opportunity to release tension, create space and opening in the body, and become aware of the subtle energy flow within us. All levels will benefit from this class! Beginners will have time to learn elements of a new practice and more advanced practioners can take their practice deeper into meditation, relaxation, and conscious movement.
