It's all about lifting something heavy with just the right amount of crazy. This class will challenge every dimension of your strength & conditioning as you drag, push, pull and lift heavy things. Class size is very limited, so book this in advance!   * This is not a beginner-friendly class. Minimum Strength Standards  Deadlift - 275 lbs  Overhead Press - 115 lbs
