Tabata Tuesday: 30 minute bootcamp class in a TABATA format. TABATA is interval of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds totaling 4 minutes. This format will keep you focused for the entire 30 minutes, moving from one movement to the next! *All movements are demonstrated throughout class with modifications if needed.
By booking my class(es) with FHF, I understand and agree that should I fail to show AND check in at any class (which I have not cancelled at least one hour prior to class time), I will incur a no-show fee of $10 per no-show class, which fee will be charged to my credit or debit card on file with FHF.
