When describing Yin Yoga, Bernie Clark says, “time will do the magic, so we are free to go inside and experience the sensation”. In this class, we offer the time (usually between 4-6 minutes) to really explore each Yin posture. While “yang” styles of yoga target muscle groups, yin targets the connective tissue that holds everything else together. This class is a beautiful complement to the more vigorous parts of our lifestyle as it allows you to go deep to find physical, mental, and emotional healing.
