About the Class

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class enhances strength, endurance and kicks your body into a state of heightened metabolism for up to 36 hours post workout.   Strengthen and tone your abs! Class is lead by music in a heated environment. Flow/static sequences vary intensity with concentration on connecting breath to movement. Pilates based class with the addition of hand weights and ankle weights. Tone your whole body with an emphasis on increasing your core strength. Excellent class for students with a beginning and consistent Vinyasa flow practice. Modifications and adjustments provided 95-103 plus degrees Cold lemongrass scented towel provided after class   This class is located at 1006 Calloway Drive Unit A Bakersfield Ca 93312   Calloway classes will begin promptly on time and the lobby doors will be locked.
