About the Class

This Restorative-based class is designed to invite relaxation through rest into tired & tense bodies. Together, we focus releasing of stress in highly effected areas of tension within the mind and in the body (shoulders, wrists, neck & back) You can expect a slower sequence with longer held poses while exploring other mindful practices such as breath work and self massage to help you become an expert in self healing. It’s a great place to start as a beginner to yoga but also a perfect balance to those who have rigorous yoga and workout regimens.

Special Instructions

Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close as soon as class begins. We have mats, bolsters, blocks and straps available in-studio. You are welcome to bring your own, or any additional props you like to have for practice (ie. blankets, cushions, etc.)
