

In this gentle, supportive class, you will cultivate grounding, ease, and a quiet sense of inner balance. Through slow yoga postures and elements of qigong—an ancient practice of mindful movement and breath—we invite energy to flow, vitality to awaken, and the body to return to harmony. Simple vagal toning practices are woven throughout, using breath, sound, light self-massage, and subtle awareness to support the body’s natural pathways of relaxation and emotional steadiness. Together, these practices help soothe the nervous system, ease stress, and support overall well-being—including a gentle support for digestion and the body’s natural healing processes. Each class carries a unique theme, offering space for lightness, connection, and quiet strength. All are welcome. This class meets online.
