YOGA TONE: This lively, energetic yoga class uses a variety of modalities and props to improve core strength, cardio endurance, and balance while you tone your entire body! The class often infuses toning exercises, pilates, and strength-building sequences with a traditional vinyasa practice. PLEASE NOTE: The fourth Sunday of each month incorporates hand-held weights, so please bring your own set (two of the same weight) to class. Recommend 1-5 pounds, depending on your fitness goals. Although the class is open to all fitness levels and modifications are offered, prior experience is helpful.
