The use of props in a yoga class doesn’t necessarily make it easier. Sometimes the props assist the postures to be deeper and increase strength and flexibility. In this class you will use chairs, light weights, blocks, blankets and straps to increase strength, stability and range of motion. This class accommodates people suffering from a herniation, low back pain, injuries and recovery from surgeries. Cancellation policy: If you are an auto-pay member and will not be able to attend your class, please cancel your registration or email hello@fulleryoga.com. If you do not cancel your class you will be assessed a $25 fee. If you are a punch card holder and do not cancel your class you will forfeit your class.
