It's Pilates with a bit of spice. There is a strong focus on slightly faster pace and core work, as well as arms, obliques and glutes. There will be a bit of sweat and the odd plank pending on the instructor. Please note that this is not a traditional pilates class. Anyone is welcome to join + our instructors will always give options for easier variations, it is recommended for intermediate to advance. However please notify instructor if you are a beginner so we can offer recommendations along the way. Each class is unique and will vary from instructor to instructor.
