the in-studio experience is located at our beautiful boutique
studio in west end a suburb in brisbae, australia. for our online
community we provide daily virtual classes and an online class
library available 24/7 worldwide.

learning & growing & sweating & crying & laughing
& building this brilliant community that we have today. our aim
